d2000m Terms & Conditions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings assigned to them below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "d2000m" / "the Platform" / "we" / "us" / "our" refers to the online betting and gaming platform operating at d2000m.pro, including all its products, services, subdomains, and related applications.
• "Member" / "you" / "your" refers to any individual who has registered an account on d2000m or who accesses the Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the unique registered profile created by a Member on d2000m, associated with a single IDR wallet covering all product categories.
• "IDR Wallet" means the unified Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) balance held within a Member's Account and usable across all d2000m product categories simultaneously.
• "Platform Services" means all products offered by d2000m, including but not limited to sportsbook betting, live casino, slot games, Dragon Tiger, Capsa Susun, and any other gaming or betting services made available from time to time.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bets, cashback credits, or other incentive amounts credited to a Member's Account under the terms of a specific promotion.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer identity verification procedures, including the collection and verification of identity documents and supporting materials as required by d2000m's compliance framework.
• "Prohibited Person" means any individual who is ineligible to hold a d2000m Account, including but not limited to persons under 21 years of age, employees of d2000m, and persons in jurisdictions where access to the Platform is restricted.
• "Terms" means these Terms & Conditions as amended from time to time, together with d2000m's Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, Bonus Terms, and any other supplementary policies published on the Platform.

To be eligible to open and maintain a d2000m Account, you must satisfy all of the following criteria at the time of registration and on a continuous basis thereafter:

1. You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and remain so for the duration of your membership.
2. You must be an individual human person acting on your own behalf. Corporations, trusts, partnerships, and other legal entities may not register Accounts on d2000m.
3. You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under the laws applicable to your place of residence.
4. You must not be a current or former employee, director, officer, agent, or contractor of d2000m, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
5. You must not be currently subject to self-exclusion from d2000m or from any other gaming platform where a cross-platform exclusion has been communicated to d2000m.
6. You must not be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is entirely prohibited under local law and where d2000m does not hold the required local authorization.
7. You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information during registration and promptly update that information if it changes.

d2000m reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to confirm continued eligibility. Failure to provide requested documentation within the time frame specified by d 2000m may result in temporary restriction or permanent closure of the Account.

Each Member is permitted to hold one (1) Account only on d2000m. Opening duplicate, secondary, or multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension and forfeiture of funds across all associated Accounts.

All deposits and withdrawals on d2000m are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). d2000m supports the following payment channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. Minimum and maximum transaction amounts are displayed within the cashier section of your Account and are subject to change at d2000m's discretion.

d2000m offers a range of promotional incentives to both new and existing Members, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback on live casino losses, referral rewards, and seasonal promotions. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that are published alongside each individual promotion. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion's terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion.

All bets and wagers placed on d2000m are subject to the specific rules applicable to each product category. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and understood the relevant rules for that product. Product-specific rules are available within each game or betting market interface.

Members must not engage in any conduct that d2000m determines to be harmful, fraudulent, abusive, or contrary to the integrity of the Platform. The following conduct is expressly prohibited:

• Opening more than one Account, or assisting another person to open an Account in violation of these Terms.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information at any point during registration, KYC, or any other Platform process.
• Using automated bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any software designed to place bets, manipulate game outcomes, or exploit Platform vulnerabilities.
• Engaging in match-fixing, insider betting, or any form of sports manipulation that exploits non-public information.
• Colluding with other Members, Platform employees, or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game or bet.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, scrape, or otherwise access Platform data, pricing feeds, or software through unauthorized means.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime.
• Behaving in an abusive, threatening, or harassing manner toward d2000m staff or other Members via any Platform communication channel.

All content on the d2000m Platform — including but not limited to the d2000m brand name, logo, color scheme, typography, website design, software, text, graphics, game interfaces, and all other materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of d2000m or its licensed third-party providers. No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, published, or used for commercial purposes without d2000m's prior written consent.

d2000m grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial recreational gaming purposes only. This license does not include any right to resell Platform access, create derivative works, or use d2000m's intellectual property in any manner not expressly authorized by these Terms.

d2000m collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

d2000m uses industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption to protect data transmitted between your device and the Platform. Account data is stored on secured servers with access controls, firewalls, and regular security audits. d2000m does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with licensed payment processors (including BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja), identity verification partners, fraud detection providers, and regulatory authorities as required by law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, d2000m, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and technology providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss or damage arising from or in connection with:

• Your access to, use of, or inability to access or use the Platform or any Platform Service.
• Any technical failure, service interruption, data loss, or security breach beyond d2000m's reasonable control.
• Decisions made or actions taken by you in reliance on information presented on the Platform.
• Gaming losses incurred through normal gameplay, regardless of amount.
• Any failure or delay by a third-party payment provider in processing deposits or withdrawals.
• Any unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.

Nothing in these Terms limits d2000m's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law. In all other cases, d2000m's aggregate liability to any Member for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

d2000m reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where d2000m reasonably determines that:

• The Member has breached these Terms or any supplementary policy.
• The Member has provided false or misleading information.
• The Account is involved in fraudulent, suspicious, or potentially criminal activity.
• The Member is a Prohibited Person.
• Continued operation of the Account poses a legal, regulatory, or reputational risk to d2000m.

Members who wish to close their own Account voluntarily may do so by contacting d2000m support. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding Bonus Funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the Member via their registered withdrawal method, subject to standard KYC and AML checks. Voluntary Account closure does not affect any legal rights or obligations that have accrued prior to closure.

d2000m is committed to providing a safe gaming environment and supports responsible play at all times. Members who believe their gambling may be causing harm are encouraged to use d2000m's built-in responsible gaming tools, which include deposit limits, session-time alerts, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion. d2000m reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Members via email notification to the registered Account address or via a prominent notice displayed on the Platform. Continued use of d2000m following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revised Terms. If you do not agree to any revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request Account closure before the revised Terms take effect.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which d2000m holds its international gaming license. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through d2000m's internal complaints process shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that licensing jurisdiction.

d2000m operates as an internationally licensed platform and acknowledges that Indonesian law restricts certain forms of online gambling activity. Indonesian Members access and use d2000m at their own risk and are solely responsible for determining the legality of online gaming activity under their local laws. d2000m makes no representation that Platform Services are legal or available in all jurisdictions.
